 In retrospect Michele Petrillo Owner/CEO of Baskets-n-Beyond™ would share this was initially a "hobby", making custom baskets exclusively for friends and family. 

 Michele admits modestly, although successful in her corporate career path, there was something definitely missing.  It all started in her parent's basement and unknowingly at the time, this was the infancy of her true calling in life, unleashing her entrepreneurial spirit.  It became evident with each custom basket she was able to personally touch someone's life for that very moment. The joy and gratitude Michele received, was so powerful that in 1993 the "Ah- Ha" moment emerged Baskets-n-Beyond™. 

Over the past decade the customer base has grown significantly beyond the tri-state area, domestically and internationally which moved "Baskets-n-Beyond" to its present location 103 B Washington Ave Dumont NJ 

Michele has never lost sight of her commitment to her customers and the principals that are at the core of her success. The ability to personally address and design baskets to the unique needs of each customer, complimented in providing quality products and exceeding expectations. Pride and integrity is the key factors maintained by this family owned business, which explains the continued success on return and referral business.  Michele,expressed that her success is also defined by giving back to the community.  In her spare time she serves as a Board of Directors for her Condominium Association, she is the founder/Executive director of the RMHS Alumni Scholarship Fund.
